Esther is an author, podcast host, founder and children's book author all dedicated to helping empaths thrive in life, love and work. Through her book "The 123 Theory - An Empath's Guide to Thrive in Life, Love & Work" and her podcast "Empath Unplugged," and the formation of this empath school, Esther is committed to helping people enhance their own skills of empathy and usher in a more peaceful and heart-led society. She is also the founder of "The Insel," a rejuvenation island for empaths located in tranquil Queensland, Australia. With her unwavering passion and dedication, Esther is a beacon of light for those striving to reach their full potential as an empath.
